To address such cases, we have outlined our Refund Policy below.
General Refund Terms
- Full Refunds:
- You are eligible for a full refund if:
- Your order has not been assigned to a tutor or writer.
- There has been a duplicate payment or accidental overcharge.
- You cancel the order before the tutor or writer begins working on it.
- The delivered service does not meet any of the agreed-upon requirements, and attempts at revision have been unsuccessful.

- Partial Refunds:
- A partial refund may be granted if:
- The project has already started but you decide to cancel midway through. The refund amount will be based on the proportion of work completed.
- After revisions, if the final product partially meets the original requirements but still falls short in specific areas, a partial refund may be granted at our discretion.

- No Refunds:
- You are not eligible for a refund if:
- The request is based on personal reasons not related to the quality or delivery of the service (e.g., change of mind or no longer needing the service).
- Revisions or refunds are requested more than 6 months after the original completion date of the service.
- The issues arise from a lack of student communication or a failure to provide necessary materials and information at the time of order placement.
- You are not eligible for a refund if:
- Special Cases for Tutoring Services:
- For real-time tutoring sessions, refunds will be processed on a case-by-case basis depending on the situation. If you are dissatisfied with the session and provide valid reasoning, you may request a refund for that session.
- In cases where a tutor fails to meet the agreed-upon tutoring schedule or fails to deliver the agreed tutoring support, a full or partial refund may be granted.
Eligibility for Refunds within 6 Months
Our refund policy allows for refund requests to be made within 6 months from the date the service was delivered. If you encounter issues with the quality of our services during this time, you are encouraged to contact our support team, and we will assess your refund eligibility based on the circumstances.
How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please follow these steps:

- Send an email to contact@tutoringhub.net with the subject line “Refund Request – Order No. [Insert your order number].”
- In the email, clearly describe the issue and the reasons for requesting a refund.
- Evaluation Process:
- Upon receiving your refund request, our Quality Assurance team will review your case and the specific issues raised.
- We may request additional information or documentation to better understand the problem.
- Refund Decision:
- We aim to respond to all refund requests within 5 business days.
- If your refund is approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days, and the funds will be returned to your original payment method.
- Revisions Before Refunds:
- Please note that we always recommend revisions prior to requesting a refund. If the delivered work can be improved through revisions, we encourage students to take advantage of our unlimited revision policy.
Refund for Disputed Transactions
If there is any dispute about the refund, we encourage resolving the issue directly with us before initiating any chargebacks. We value our customer relationships and will work diligently to ensure a fair outcome. Filing a dispute with your bank or payment provider may delay the refund process.
