How do you become a critique of your own thinking? In other words, how do you critique your own thinking?

The best way to critique my own thinking is to analyze the decisions taken versus the results obtained; if my thinking led me to good results than I am pleased with my decision-making process. Conversely, if I obtain unsatisfactory results then I review my six step rational decision-making process: define the problem, identify the decision criteria, allocate weight to the criteria, develop the alternatives, evaluate the alternatives, and select the optimal alternative (Robbins, 2005). Constructive criticism on my own thinking should help me identify mistakes committed during the decision-making process and to avoid that I commit the same mistakes in the future.
